Strategic estates scenario planning and project decision making techniques for acute NHS Trusts,
• Investigated a range of simulation process planning tools and techniques and their ability to support a Trust’s future strategic decision making and large site asset management.
• appraised how the use of scenario and process planning techniques can support effective scalability of identified services and space utilisation in line with a Trust’s business plan.
• field work focussed on Emergency and Urgent Care services planning with 8 participating Acute NHS Foundation Trusts across the UK.
